Law No. 29733 — Peru's Personal Data Protection Law and its Regulations.

HOTEL RIVERA DEL RÍO E.I.R.L., domiciled at Av. Guillermo Irazola Mz. C Lote 33, Urb. Miraflores II Etapa, Castilla, Piura, Peru, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us, in compliance with Law No. 29733 — the Personal Data Protection Law — and its Regulations (D.S. 003-2013-JUS).

1. Data we collect

We collect the data you voluntarily provide when booking, registering as a guest or contacting us: full name, identity document (national ID, foreigner card or passport — required for guest registration), phone number, email address, stay dates and billing details where applicable.

2. Purpose of processing

  • Managing bookings, guest registration and the provision of lodging services.
  • Issuing payment receipts and managing collections, corporate invoicing and company credit under contract.
  • Handling inquiries, requests, claims and complaints.
  • Complying with legal obligations, including tourism-sector and immigration-authority rules.
  • With your consent, sending you information about corporate rates and promotions.

3. Data bank

Personal data is stored in the guest and client data bank managed by HOTEL RIVERA DEL RÍO E.I.R.L. We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect it and do not share it with third parties, except under legal obligation or when necessary to provide the service.

4. Retention period

We keep your data while a relationship with you exists and for the periods required by applicable regulations (tax, sector-specific and consumer protection).

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO rights) at any time, and revoke your consent, by sending a request to:
